1.Terms and Condition of Website Use
The following sets out the legal terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) under which Godiva Chocolatier L.L.C. a limited liability company incorporated under the governing laws of the United Arab Emirates, sells any of the products (“Products) that are listed on the website (“Website”) to you.

All products shown on our website are subject to the stock availability.
Please note that whilst we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of the products correspond to the actual products, images of goods are for illustrative purposes only and your products may vary slightly from those images. We reserve the right to change prices and to add, modify or remove any special offers through our website at any time.
Please be advised that our products may contain allergens, including milk, eggs, soy, nuts and gluten.
Placing an order
When placing an order with us, you are requested to read and agree to these terms and conditions. Acceptance of your order
After receipt of your order we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the product(s) you have ordered and confirming the prices of the products. If you do not receive this order acknowledgement email within 5 days of placing your order please contact Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +971 (04) 443 2235
The order acknowledgement email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and formation of the contract will only take place once we have confirmed your credit or debit card authorization for your order and we have sent you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that the products you have ordered have been dispatched from our warehouse.
We reserve the right to decline any order you place. If we, for any reason, do not accept or cannot fulfil your order, no payment shall be taken under normal circumstances. If we have taken payment any such sums shall be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days.
Delivery, Risk and Ownership
Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation, unless prevented by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of such circumstances, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
We will deliver the products to the address you give us. Delivery will be completed once we have delivered the products to the address including, where relevant, any alternative address provided in your order.
If we are unable to deliver the products on the delivery date (if, for example, no one is available at your address to receive the products) we will follow any delivery instruction you may have given or attempt to leave your products in a safe place. If this is not possible, our carrier will leave a note advising of where your products have been returned to, and how to either arrange a re-delivery or collect them.
The products will be your responsibility from completion of delivery.
You shall only own the products once we have received payment in full of all sums due in respect of them, including all delivery charges if applicable.
